Enjoying The Fruits Of One's Labor...A Maturity Number of 8

Maturity Numbers are gifts from the Universe - 2nd jobs in life. We don't have to work for them. They just "are". They also do not appear until approximately 50-55 years of age and suddenly we start incorporating them into our lives. At 20, we may not care what that number is, but it's still wise to find out where we are headed. After all, that number will one day gravitate or push away from the numbers that surround us. To find your Maturity Number, add your Life Path Number and your Destiny Number together, reducing to a single digit unless it is 11, 22, or 33.

The Maturity Number of 8 brings a want to create abundance in the 2nd half of our lives, sharing this abundance with our immediate family, and a time meant to enjoy the fruits of one's labor. On the other side, it asks us to focus on attitude, health, and keeping our sense of humor.

When I see the Maturity Number of 8, I immediately look at all the other numbers in a person's Numerical Blueprint for other business numbers. Many times, the 8 as the last number to jump in the mix tells me that this could be a person who will choose to finally go into business for themselves (i.e. Colonial Sanders, Grandma Moses, etc.). It may not be on a corporate scale, but suddenly that weekend hobby may just become a full time occupation.

Unlike the 30 year old heading up the corporate ladder and investing in a home, autos, IRAs Accounts, Retirement Funds, etc., the Maturity Number of 8 will be asked to share this future abundance (or abundance you've already created) with those around you. No, it doesn't mean that you financially support your adult children by paying their monthly bills. It means begin with you because you can't take the money with you when you're gone. You will also wish to be a good steward of what you have acquired.

Do you want Waterford Crystal? Buy it. Enjoy it. Serve with it. When your children come over for weekend supper, allow them to use it as well. That's what "sharing" means. If you want to go on a cruise, Book It! If you see someone in need and you can afford it, help them out. Sharing, your abundance doesn't mean going into debt to help everyone around you or doing without so that everyone else can have.

Like the Life Path 8, our focus may become more perfected. However, if our sense of concentration becomes too dominate in our lives, we can lose our sense of what is happening around us and our sense of humor. Balance is the key to this portion of the gift. If we are a person who has decided to develop our own business, we need to know when to "close the door and go home." We need to counterbalance the profit/loss statements with laughter and enjoyment.

The Maturity Number of 8 - you can't take it with you when you go. Enjoy the fruits of your labor. You worked for it and you deserve it!
