We've had two days of the up/down, roller coaster ride (some rides more enjoyable than others) and now the 7 (the great psychologist) enters the room and says,
"What are you going to do about it?"
"How does it make you FEEL?"
How is it working for you?
Rarely do situations and people "go away" without our participation. And rarer still, are those people who change into what we wish so our lives are made easier.
Why can't he or she just change?
Several months ago, I took my neighbor down to my cabin and on the way, she admitted that she had been praying that God would change my personality to be more like...hers. "If I would let him", I could be more laid back, rest more, sit more (a death sentence for someone with 6 planets in air elements). I didn't say much - I'm sure I changed the conversation.
After a day at my cabin, a lifestyle that I took on single-handedly, she admitted on the way back that if God had answered her prayers, I would not have accomplished all I had done and she liked what I had done. She doesn't pray for my total transformation any longer.
Wasted prayers? Probably not, but trying to change someone else doesn't work when trying to make things easier or more compatible.
So once again today the 7 asks, "What are YOU going to do about it?"
