This has been a hot topic lately as friends have been trying to sell their homes. The fear of a long, drawn-out sale isn’t what they want to see.
I decided it was time to share a portion of one of my books, “Creating ThePerfect House Vibration: Utilizing The Art of Numerology”. In one chapter, I talk about how to make your house sell.
I won’t go into all the details, but it’ll be enough to get you started. If you need more info, just send me a personal message and I’ll share it with you.
First - what is the number on your house? Just the number(s). Let’s pretend it’s 304. That equals a 7 (3 + 0 + 4 = 7). That’s a great house for a hermit, but if you want to sell it, that vibration needs to go.
The frame of mind that all buyers have is “will it feel like home?” They want to imagine coming home at the end of the day to baking bread, TV or music in the background, snow falling lightly in the yard, and the hearth warmed by the fireplace - even if none of these things are possible. It’s a place they wish to raise their children, even if they don’t have any.
So what do you do to make that quick sale? You want to change it to a 6 vibration. 6 is the number of family, nurturing, caring, I’m going to make you pie every night, and clean your room every day. It’s Mom, apple pie, and the American dream. And this is how you change that 7 house into a 6.
Choose a number, a good number to ADD to the original 7 in order to make a 6. Let me show you how (and this won’t be easy in a paragraph or less, but hang in there with me).
First, the number you choose will also softly influence the house’s vibration. In a nutshell, choose as many 2s, 4s, and 6s to reach your goal. 2 is love, 4 is home, and 6 is the family.
You take 7, ADD eight more to it to make 15. In Numerology we always reduce it to one digit - 1 + 5 = 6 and that’s what we wanted - 6. However, in this case, 8 is the workaholic, so now you have a workaholic hermit and that’s great if that individual comes looking at your house. It would be better to have 7 + 2 + 6 = 15; 1 + 5 = 6. 2 is love, and 4 is home.
Take a pen, pencil, sharpie, whatever, and write the number 26 on top of your front door frame, inside the house. That’s right - as you are standing inside your house, use that side of the door frame. The reason you place the number up on the door frame is so that no one sees it. You’re welcome to write it on the door, but most people don’t want to do that.
Remember, this is an example for a 7 home. You’ll have to start with whatever number your house breaks down to. And if you need help with it, email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
