October of the year is a "Heads Up" month because it gives you a preview of next year! If you enjoy yourself, you'll be experiencing more of this throughout 2017. If you don't enjoy the vibration, take note. You have the ability to figure out how to cruise through it at an easier pace.

If you're in an 8 Personal Year, October is a 9 Personal Month in an 8 Personal Year.

It's been all work and little play for the 8 Personal Years, and for the month of October, your theme is "let's stop this!"

You'll be asked several things this month:
  • Do you wish to keep the job or get rid of it?
  • Do you want to change jobs?
  • Do you wish to retire?
  • What do you want to do after you determine that this job comes to an end?
First, if you enjoy your job, there is no need to change it for something new. However, you may wish to enhance your skills, or pursue a promotion. This is an ideal time for contemplation, or putting it into action.

But, if you're unhappy in your present job, life is too short to be miserable for the majority of your waking hours. You get no points for being miserable, and creating that environment for others.

Revamp your resume. Start filling out online applications. Start networking with others about something you'd like to do. Begin placing the feelers out there - word of mouth is a fantastic way to find what you want!
